收集對(duì)數(shù)生長(zhǎng)期的細(xì)胞（5 x 10⁵ ~ 1 x 10⁷）

用1ml Bambanker^TM重懸細(xì)胞，置于凍存管中，無(wú)需預(yù)冷。
